  * remove non-existent footnote [6] in section 4
    (non-existent since 2009-09-35!)
    (thanks to Christian Garbs)
  * Imported all earlier versions,
    force-pushed all branches and tags.
  * "Historic" section added.
  * knews removed.
  * MacSOUP removed.
  * Sophax removed.
  * Add "last release" to all newsreaders that
    have not changed since 2010 (Gravity, NewsSIEVE, nn, trn).
